Interviewing for Emotional Intelligence

Measuring a candidate's emotional intelligence provides insight on how a prospective employee may respond to a situation, recognize self worth, and their ability to read a room.  For candidates, behavioral interviewing can be the most stressful part of the job seeking process.  For employers, behavioral interviewing can be the most grueling part of the candidate seeking process.
