Don't You Just Love Forms?

Said no applicant ever.  Does your company make the application process simple for prospective employees?  Have you ever applied for a job, only to spend 30 minutes on navigating their ATS and thinking *&$%^ before just giving up?  Chances are, if your application process is cumbersome, you are losing top talent.  Candidates are applying to multiple jobs and have a limited amount of time for the application process.  Over the years, ATS have become simpler but are still far from perfect.
